    I upgraded to pro. Installed and activated as described for pro installation. Currently the pro features are not working.

    1. I am unable to process a credit card from the POS. There is no field to enter a card number. I have a payment gateway that works on the site, but not the POS.

    2. In the POS under the MENU, the only links that work are POS, WP Dashboard and Pro Support. Products, Orders, Customers, and Coupons are dead links that do nothing.

    3. Under Pro Support I am unable to send an email in the Support Form. Error: “There was an error sending the email”

    First, check that you have the latest version of WooCommerce POS + Pro installed. Both free and Pro versions should always be the same number, eg: 0.4.5

    If you have the latest versions installed, please contact me via [email protected] with a temporary admin account so I can login and take a look.

    Issue resolved via email.

    For the benefit of other users: if you are using a CDN with W3 Total Cache you should disable the CDN for the POS page.
