    I upgraded to Media Recovery Pro and initiated a recovery of all files in the uploads directory.

    The background task ran and then stopped with about 500 files remaining after recovering about 2200 files.

    I tried restarting the recovery as advised using the “Start Over” button but nothing happened.

    Now the message ” 0 found in library, 0 oversized, 0 hidden, 0 selected, and 0 files left for recovery page 1 of 0 with total 0 files” shows, although images can be seen in the media library. I have no options for recovery since no files are shown.

    I disables Pro version and reloaded the free version. Scrolling through pages (with the “Next” button) shows images in the library but eventually comes across images which need to be recovered (red eye).

    I eventually had to finish recovery by using the free version and recovering 10 files at a time.

    After several attempts by Krasen to resolve the issue I eventually sent this message on 14th June 2024:

    I went into the site and started Media Recovery after your intervention.

    It now shows:

    0 found in library, 0 oversized, 0 hidden, 0 selected, and 51 files left for recovery

    page 1 of 84 with total 4,192 files

    I selected all the files for recovery and initiated Media Recovery which reported success. ?The message:

    51 media files recovered successfully!!
    Go to your Media Library to view the newly recovered files.

    appeared.

    However the screen still shows the same files needing recovery (red eye) and the ?message:

    0 found in library, 0 oversized, 0 hidden, 0 selected, and 51 files left for recovery

    page 1 of 84 with total 4,192 files

    is still being displayed.

    I’m afraid I am about to remove Media Recovery Pro and would respectfully request a refund of my payment. I will certainly cancel any renewal option.

    I still have not received a reply or a resolution of the issue I have with Media Library Recovery Pro.

    Under the terms of your sale I request a refund of my purchase price immediately since the problem was reported and not resolved within the 14 day grace period.

    I await your reply.

    As of today (26th July 2024) I still have not had a response after several further emails.
