• Hello there.
I’ve got an issue with Elementor Pro and Display Conditions for WooCommerce product archives.
I need to create a template, each for any category of products, which of course has its own ID.
It worked until a month ago, but now it does not anymore.
The system does not recognize any category even though, in the back-end it does but only with those already developed at that time.
    The question is:
if you have many product categories and you have to develop an elementor template for each of them, the system is not recognizing them. You can only display a custom template for all categories, without distinction.
Is it just me or anyone?

Thank you in advance for your help.

I’ve got an issue with Elementor Pro

The author and plugin support team are very good about this: you cannot get support here in these forums if you are an Elementor Pro user.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
