Pro: Click Trigger does not work

  • I noted that the click-trigger is different on the pro version than the free version. If you inspect the element for the 3-line menu you can see that the ID is not the typical #click-menu.

    If you use #responsive_menu_pro_button instead as your trigger, that’ll open the menu as before.

    Hi there,

    It works perfectly on my website which uses pro and all my development sites – I’m not sure if you have a theme/plugin conflict or something but yes the trigger is different from the Free to Pro versions.

    You as the author of the plugin you have to be at your service for the users to help users solve the problem they have. I bought the Pro version and inform you about the problem and that blocking plugin that do not respond to a click settings, and no one bothered to answer my problem.
    You as the support you need to solve the problem and help users help pay for the use of your product, and your answer is “On our site works !!!”
