Pro Add-on causes critical error on website

    I bought and installed WP Go Maps – Pro Add-on.

    Now WordPress shows an error message when entering “Edit map”

    “There has been a critical error on this website”

    There is no response from WP Go Maps after several days.

    Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time. My apologies for the trouble experienced, we’re eager to help get this resolved as soon as possible.

    Unfortunately, we are not allowed to offer any premium support via these forums as they are reserved for supporting the base version of the plugin, as per the www.remarpro.com guidelines.

    I will need to ask you to open a support ticket on our website instead. You can do so on our website by clicking on Support > Support Desk > Submit a support Ticket. As an alternative, we also have a premium support forum on our website.
