pro account is not worth it

    I have bought a pro account because i had a big poll to run.

    I have to say that for paid software it needs a lot of improvements.

    Technically some things just don’t work.

    Support is slow and doesn’t bring solutions. And if they don’t know anymore they just stop responding.

    Sad.

    Next poll will be a different solution.
