Private user page not found

    I create private page of user with the button “Generate pages for already existing users.” but when i try to go on with my page who add [client-portal]. The error eppears:

    “Oops! Page not found

    We are sorry, but the page you are looking for does not exist.”

    What can i do?

    Hello @obvie,

    Can you try to go to Users -> Hover over your account -> Private Page and add some content inside of it and then check to see if the page works ?

    If that doesn’t help, go to Settings -> Permalinks and hit Save again, then try to see if it works.
