Private schedule or reminder

Hi.

I am looking for plugin which help me with simple task, but it must be different result for every registered user. Every client have private account with account page (woo commerce subscription & membership …/my-account).

Mechanism of action:
– registration
– 3-5 days after registration i will send diet to client and its beginning of responding cycle
– first message with reminder (on account page or via mail) after 7 days eg. “show me your results – send me photos and weight”. Only in first time it will be 7 days
– next it will be interval reminder every 10 od 14 days

It could be schedule calendar or just printf message “it’s time for your report”.

Does anyone have an idea?
