Private Review When In Live Mode

    I noticed that my reviews and replies are private when I have the plugin set to live. I just received a fabulous review that won’t display on the CusRev site.

    The last review that went through was back on January 21. I hadn’t changed my settings, but my review reply did not show on the CusRev site either, even though it was an hour later.

    Could someone help me remedy this and get these messages to go through?

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    If a review reminder was sent while the “Private” mode was activated, the review will be published only on your website even if you change the mode to “Live” later.
