Private posts for 1 account

  • Hello,
    I want to create a wordpress website with normal public published pages and posts only for the currents logged in user.

    Example:
    I’m driving instructor and have 20 students.
    I want to create post with private information about progress and improvement for student1
    That post should only be visable to student1. Only student1 should see that post and should be able to respond to it.

    I can find information how to create messages only for logged in users, but in that case all the other students are able to view and read the message for student1.

    Is this possible with a plug-in?
    Which one ?
    Or is there an other way to create this private posts?
