private posts

  • Hello! I am wondering about posts I have made private. When I look at my front page the private posts are showing as links, I realize this is only visible to me, but I would like to see my site as visitors view it. Is there a way to keep private posts from showing on the front page? Thanks!

    If you want to your site visitors can able to see the post then why are you making it private change them to public.Is their any other requirement that your are making it private ?

    No I want them private and have made them so.
    I just don’t want to see them on my homepage.

    Either log out of WordPress before loading the page or load the page from another browser where you’re not logged into WordPress.
