Private or invalid tour id

  • Hello,

    We are using the simple shortcode with a few parameters like this :
    [matterport src=”h5daH8LhVQH” width=”640″ welcome=”Visit the space in 3D” style=”background-color: #FFFFFF”]

    We’ve tried to test with removing certains parameters but the error is still going on : Private or invalid tour id: h5daH8LhVQH

    I need to say that the shortcode was functionning very well until recently…

    Any assistance would be really appreciated !
