Private messages not displaying on mobile screens

Help needed!

I updated to the latest versions of the UM plugin / UM private messages extension a few days ago.

Since the update, on certain* mobile devices, when a user clicks on a message they have received in their inbox it doesn’t open.

It’s got me completely baffled as to why this is happening**

*Definitely doesn’t work on an iPhone 5, but does on a Samsung Galaxy. Not tested on other mobiles, but am receiving lots of complaints from users trying to send messages.

**Have tried rolling back to an old version of UM and have also tried using a default WP Theme, but it didn’t make any difference
