Private Flickr Photos Don't Display

Thanks for the work on this plubin.
I’m on 3.4.2 with the current version of this plugin. For some reason, it doesn’t appear to display private photos from Flickr. Is there additional configuration required?
Also, is this plugin intended to replace WordPress Media Flickr in the future?
