Private collaboration network plugin needed

  • I′m trying to find a WordPress plugin that let′s me create a private collaboration network similar to textbroker.com (totally different content though):

    The plugin should do the following:

    1. Clients posts job (with a fixed price rate)on public site
    2. Freelancers apply for job
    3. Client accepts one freelancer
    4. Work documents get exchanged after login
    5. Client approves job or sends it back for revision
    6. Payments are done “automatically” to both freelancer and the website after job approval

    Do you have any recommendations of one or the combination of several plugins that could accomplish that?

    Does nobody have any recommendations on what plugin could accomplish this or at least what plugin could accomplish parts of it?

    I searched all over, too, so does that mean it can′t be done?
