Private App Creation Help Needed for WPShopify plugin

    I am following the directions to set up my private app but when I enter my API Password and Shared Secret I get the following error: Must contain only numbers and letters (both have a _ in them). So, I have been unable to “Connect Your Shopify Store”. Any assistance most appreciated ??

    @mirrsud Which plugin version are you on?

    This should be fixed in the latest 2.2.6.

    If it’s still giving you errors, try refreshing the plugin’s settings page and copy / paste the keys one by one.

    @andrewmrobbins thank you this worked to connect my store! There was no ‘new update’ listed in my plugins so I was unaware of the newer version… that being said there’s quite a few updates for content & layout so I’ll have to spend some time updating pages etc. but my store syncs now. Thanks so much!!
