Private and Preview posts not working

    I cannot preview my posts or see them if I make them private.

    With the preview i just get a blank page where the shell of my theme remains but the tower with the content is empty and the page collapses on the empty tower

    With private it comes by as a 404 error.

    Any ideas?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?
