privat groups + API Login

    Hello, ive a Problem.
    I Use for an WordPress Project an API Login.
    I configuret privet groups, for set assign groups to role and activate on login.
    But, if my Users login via API, the assign is not working.

    I must assaign eacch Profil manual. Next Problem is, the users who use API LOgin, dont have any emailadress entered. so i cant change the group / assign.

    is there any solution for my Problem? Such an function for the theme function?

    I use the WGAPIAuth API plugin.

    hmm…. Not sure that I can help

    I’d suggest you ask the api plugin author if he has a way to hook to

    do_action (‘wp_login’)

    which is what I hook to.

    I am unsure as to the problem here. groups are assigned to individual users or to roles, and email addresses are not involved. Can you explain further please ?

    ok. i try to explain.
    the user dont get the groups ( wordpress and forom groups) automaticly. so i must go into ther profiles and set zb. forum group feldkommandant manuelly.
    but i cant.

    during the login via wgloginapi. there is no emailadress in the users profil… and wordpress neds to change profilsetings an emailadress. so i cant set the forum groups in the users profiles manuell.

    for the hook. the api author istnt avalibe. so i have more than one problem
