PRIVACY TOOLS DELETE OPTION DONT WORK

  • Hi, could you help me out.
    I installed and configured all two pluigns as instructed.
    However, the “Delete My Data” function does not work.
    Does it only delete for users registered on wordpress?
    Or is it to delete any record in Gravity Forms?
    I test as if I had filled out a form.
    And when “download your data” correctly shows what you have.
    But this is just a contact, has no profile in wordpress.
    Any recommendations?

  • I apologize for taking so long to respond to your question. The ‘Delete My Data’ feature is tied to a user email. When the user enters information into a form, the data must be tied to an email. Then, during the request to delete, the all of the information tied to that email will be deleted.
