Privacy Tab available only for Admin users

    Hello,

    we’re building a private press area for a customer on its ecommerce (WooCommerce). We’ve setup everything and I really liked the ease of use and customization of Ultimate Member.

    The only issue I’ve encountered so far is that the Privacy tab seems to be available only for my Administrator use while, if I log in with a user that has registered and got approved to the members area I don’t see it.

    Has anyone encountered such issue?

    Could you please provide a screenshot of the Privacy Tab that only shows with Administrators? You can upload the screenshot via imgur.com and then share the image URL here so we can review it.

    When you view the /account/ page, does it redirect you to another page or shows a blank page?

    Are you also able to access /account/ page with the registered/subscriber account?
    Could you please provide a screenshot of the /account/ page with the UM account form?

    Hello @champsupertramp ,

    I can access the /account/ page with the registered/subscriber account: that’s where I don’t see the privacy tab.

    The other pages are the same for every account.

    Did you make any customization with UM hooks? if so, does this issue occur when you disable the custom code?

    Hello @champsupertramp,

    I’ve found what was the issue: the Subscriber User Role in the um_roles section wasn’t allowed to make its profile private.

    That blocked the Privacy Tab.
