Privacy settings window is always visible

  • Hi,

    Until a week ago I didn’t have this issue, but now it seems that the Privacy settings window is always sitting in the bottom part of my website. Is there any way to remove it or make it invisible because it’s affecting the website design, especially in the mobile version, where it sits over the social media buttons. Even if I accept every option in the initial screen, that window remains there.

    I hope you can give me a solution.

    Hi, again, it worked well on desktops, but didn′t work at mobiles, the Privacy Button keeps showing up. Could you help a bit to fix this?

    Well, we fixed! The problem came because our theme has an option for including CSS code, where we place all our CSS codes… But this code didn′t work well here for mobiles, so we went into appearance > customise and placed the code there at CSS and worked well for mobiles and desktops!
