Privacy Settings Link Missing

Hello,

When using the GDPR notice, the Privacy Settings link that should appear at the bottom of the page is missing and so there is no way to bring up the notice. It would seem that cookies are disabled (images do not show). I’m experiencing this issue on this and one other website. Oddly, I have it working on a third using the same theme. Any suggestions as to what could be causing the issue would be appreciated.
