Privacy for Church Admin plugin People

I am trying to set up the Church Admin plugin so that I can allow all the church members to view the contact information online. I don’t know how to do this with the app.
I need:
All members to see all member names, and all adult member emails and phone numbers
All visitor information to be limited to the WP administrators
All Teen and child member contact information limited to the teen and child leaders or WP admin.
All teen and child names to be visible to all members and grouped with their household, even if their last name is different, but without listing their phone numbers or email.
All street addresses limited to the administrator.Can this be done? Can I use membership type, groups, permission settings? How is it possible to achieve my reqs?
