Privacy feature — URL option “1st Name and 1st initial of Last Name”

Hello!
Currently, we don’t have a solid option for profile permalink base.User ID is good for privacy, not for UX though.
Username is bad for security (everybody can discover it and use for brute-force attacks)
First Name and Last Name is bad for privacy.It would be good for privacy to have the option
“First Name and 1st initial of Last Name”.
