Privacy Checkbox at Checkout

    How do I add a checkbox to accept the privacy policy at checkout?

    The GDPR requires that this acceptance be explicit. It isn’t valid to add a clause “By accepting your purchase you accept…”, which is an implicit method”

    It’s not clear to me that doing so with the terms and conditions is valid, but with privacy, it is not.

    Therefore I need to add an additional field that the user has to fill in as acceptance, preferably a checkbox, since it’s the method that we are all most familiar with on the Internet.
