    Hello!

I’m trying to use Prismatic on my site but I can’t find a way to make it work properly.

I install the plugin, set-up options and then nothing happens.

Everything looks fine but in the front-end, code is the same.

I tried adding tags by myself (pre/code) and with a code block but nothing works.

Just saw I should use a prismatic code block but I can’t find it on gutenberg options. Only the normal code block.

I tried with other highlighting code plugins and they work, but I prefer prismatic results to be honest.

    Any help?

    Thanks in advance!

Glad to help. Normally the plugin works great. When it doesn’t, that usually means there is something interfering with normal functionality. That could be user error/misconfiguration, or some conflict with another plugin (or maybe the theme). In such case, the best way to figure what’s happening is to do some basic troubleshooting. I would be glad to provide a guide if it will be useful for you.

    Hey @jotaelche,

Here is a guide for troubleshooting WordPress. Basically there are two different ways of going about it, depending on what you’ve got set up for your site, etc. Either method will help you determine which plugin (or theme) is causing problems.

Let me know if any questions
