    I purchased the Entrepreneurs Bundle and sent in support requests 4 and 2 days ago with no response from JetpackCRM Support. Today, I contacted support again to request a refund and have not heard back. When can I expect to hear back from you? I want to make sure that my cancellation is processed within the refund period.

    We’re working on a backlog of support requests at this time, and we generally answer in the order received.

    Paid users get priority support, so you should have received our reply already.

    If you still haven’t received our replies, it’s possible that our emails are getting filtered by your email server as spam. To ensure our email is delivered, please add jetpackcrm.com domain to the allowed email domain list.
