Priority Support

Hello.
Yesterday I purchased priority support and submitted a ticket. I haven’t received any response or any confirmation emails that the ticket was received. I double checked the email in my profile and it is correct. In case there is any issue with the email I changed it to a gmail address which is now showing “pending”. Is there any way I can communicate with someone? When logged in I see no way to view my purchase of the priority support or any open tickets. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.
