priority of external links

I’m trying to use this theme with the plugin ”better wordpress external links” to create an exit page, worked with all other themes but not with customizr, maybe the priority is to high?

how can I turn low the priority or disable the entire functions related with external links?

i’m using latest verion of customizr, wordpress and plugin.

please help!!
