I’m doing some testing and I noticed on the front end when a user submits a ticket the priority section does not populate on the users my tickets page.

The title, date, department, and product, all show populate with the info the user enters, but the priority does not show on their page.

The priority does show on the backend in my wordpress dashboard, but I would like all the correct information to show on front end.

    Hello:

Can you show me the settings on TICKETS->SETTINGS->GENERAL? There’s a priority section in there – please take a screen shot of that and post a link to it here.

    Thanks!

    Hi:

Those all look good. Can you show me the ticket list for the customer on the front-end? The priority field is usually in the last column. I’m curious what’s there now. I assume you do not have any custom code for Awesome Support installed?

    Thanks.

    Hi:

Sorry, I should have been clearer – the ticket list is when you click on the MY TICKETS button or use the MY TICKETS page. The MY TICKETS button can be seen in the screen shot you provided. Can you show me what that screen looks like? The priority field should be in that list you’re saying its missing so I’m curious what, if anything, is showing up in its place.

    Thanks.

I hope this is the correct shot

The priority that shows for the user is blank underneath the priority heading.

    thanks

    Hi:

That is weird. The only thing I can think of is that the color defined for the priorities has been set to a white background. Can you go to the TICKETS->PRIORITY screen and check to see what colors have been defined for each of the priorities? If its white can you change those colors to something else?

    Thanks.

I just noticed it won’t let me change the color, no button or anything. What do I need to do?

    Here is the screen shot?

    Hi:

It sounds like you have be using WordPress 4.9. Do you have the latest version of the Awesome Support plugin installed? WordPress 4.9 made changes that affected the color pickers in prior versions. So only the latest version of AS will work on 4.9 when using color pickers. However, if another plugin has not updated their color picker code it could affect ours.

    Thanks.

I currently only have three plugins active; Awesome Support, Contact Form 7 and Orbit Fox Companion(the theme said to use this, its basically for adding content to the front page which said it was updated 3 days ago. I’m planning on purchasing multiple add-ons from your site, is there anything you can think of that I can work around whatever issue this is. The theme is zerif lite, I went through several themes and this one functioned and looked the best out of the ones I tried. If you could recommend anything I would greatly appreciate it.

    thanks

I think it may be the theme, I will check with them further. I sincerely appreciate all of your help.

Hi – its been a while with no further comments on this issue. Therefore we’ll assume this is resolved and so we’re closing this issue. If you need to reopen it just post a reply here or open a new thread.

    Thanks for using Awesome Support!
