    Hello. I’m not sure but it seems like logged in users can’t use the chat if the user limit has been reached by guest users. Is that the case? Is there any configuration to prioritize logged in users? Or at least the admins. Thank you.

    Hello,

    Yes, it’s on first come first serve basis. There is no prioritization for logged-in users. Only admins are given preference.

    I get the “Chat room is full” very frequently even when using admin accounts.
    I’ve already added them as admin accounts in the iFlychat settings and they can access the dashboard when the chat is not full, but from time to time I still get the “Chat room is full” message.
