    Hi,
I’m using your plugin and wondered how I can update my website for prior consent for those cookies installed through plugins (e.g. for Facebook Pixel I’m using Pixel Caffeine – I can’t manually update the code). Is there a way to enable prior consent for them?

    Thanks
    Marta

  • Hi,

I am having a similar issue. I am not a programmer and so have no knowledge of php. I already posted this question on another thread but haven’t received any answer for days. Maybe you cannot see it because the post was marked as solved, so I am rewriting my question here.

I thought Cookiebot would offer a comprehensive solution to become compliant with the new regulations coming into effect on the 25th May… but unless I enable prior consent of all cookies on my site, I remain not compliant.

    My website is munchstudio.co.uk

I need help please to locate the script tags, so that I can apply the attribute “data-cookieconsent” to every cookie apart from the ‘Necessary’ ones.

Please advice, many thanks in advance!

PS. I am on a MAC, therefore I cannot download Notepad++ either.

    Hi @martaxerra and @munchstudio

Sorry for the late response. We are very busy at the moment.

We can’t give you a detailed description on how to edit each and every plugin. We simply do not have the ressourcers at the moment. However, you could try to reach out the the plugin developers and ask them for help? That is what we encourage our users to do.

PixelYoursite has already added integration with Cookiebot.
