Printing pages

  • Hello, when I use the print my blog, its doesnt print the pages in the right order
    I use Lowest to highest order

    I have

    A
    – B
    – – C
    – D
    – – E
    – F

    And I would to have the order
    A – B – C – D – E – F
    Instead I get
    A – C – B – E – D – F.

    What settings do I have to change in order to achieve this result?
