Printing out the questions

    Hi,
    is there a way to print out the questions of a form? Especially for a multi-page form, rather than having to publish it and print web pages.

    There are two purposes to this – have copies of the form to use in person when online access is limited and to have a printed copy (on paper or pdf) for review purposes when setting up a longer form.
