• We are no longer able to print labels from countries in the zone not covered by the shipping zones. On the other hand for countries contained in our 4 configured zones labels are printed without any problem. This an issue since the latest update.

In the configuration tab for bpost shipping we have the following errors:
The country AN is set in your bpost Shipping Manager but you do not allow it in your WooCommerce shop

The country IC is set in your bpost Shipping Manager but you do not allow it in your WooCommerce shop

The country XC is set in your bpost Shipping Manager but you do not allow it in your WooCommerce shop

The country AC is set in your bpost Shipping Manager but you do not allow it in your WooCommerce shop

The country XP is set in your bpost Shipping Manager but you do not allow it in your WooCommerce shop

The country XZ is set in your bpost Shipping Manager but you do not allow it in your WooCommerce shop

The country XL is set in your bpost Shipping Manager but you do not allow it in your WooCommerce shop

The country XM is set in your bpost Shipping Manager but you do not allow it in your WooCommerce shop

The country HE is set in your bpost Shipping Manager but you do not allow it in your WooCommerce shop

    Dear,

Thanks for your request, this is an error message of Woocommerce saying that the country is configured in your Shipping Manager but not in Woocommerce it-self.
Therefore, you will have to allow the shipping to these countries and to assign them a shipping zone.
In case you can’t make it happen, please raise an email to [email protected]

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

Thank you for the reply. The error message is in fact not linked to the real issue. Those countries are indeed not created in Woocommerce but we are not shipping to them.

The issue is for instance with orders shipped to the US (also with UK). US is created in a shipping zone for Woocommerce. In fact Spain is also in the same zone but for orders to Spain we can still obtain the shipping label. Maybe this has to do with being in or outside the EU. This was not an issue before.

    Thanks for having a look!
