We are having issues with printing a shipping labels. We go through the process of printing the label, and everything goes great until after the packaging. IT accepts the packaging and when we get to shipping rates, it servers up an unexpected server error notice. If you hit retry, you will see a refresh icon next to shipping rates for about half a second, and the notice comes back. We have all settings correct, have disconnected/reconnected from Jet Pack, uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, checked for plugin conflicts. We are still getting the same error.

@beyond130 Please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and see if there is a fatal-errors log in the drop down list with yesterday’s date next to it. If there is, please review that to see if you can determine if there were any critical errors around the time you were trying to print the labels.

If there are no errors, please confirm that WooCommerce Services is up to date on version 1.22.3. If it is not, please update it. If it is, please go into the Jetpack dashboard, disconnect your site, then reconnect and try the printing again.

If none of this works, please let us know.

@jessepearson – No dice! There was no errors at that time. I’ve confirmed the WC Services plugin is the most current version, and I disconnected/reconnected jetpack. I’m still having the same problem.

I checked the status logs again after I retried to print the labels, and there still were not critical errors logged.

@beyond130 Sorry for the delay. I believe we’re going to need to take a closer look at the issue. Please go to WooCommerce.com and log in to your account, then submit a ticket. Once your ticket is submitted, please post the ticket number here so that myself or another Happiness Engineer can follow up.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
