    Hello

    I am trying to print labels using your plugin. I have tested it using DYMO’s own software and it prints out perfectly.

    However, using your plugin, sometimes the address is cut off, and sometimes it’s too small.

    I tried with 2 paper sizes. The default 28x89mm (address text is usually cut off), and then I tried the biggest size (59x102mm), and sometimes it’s cut off, and sometimes it’s too small.

    I am using the free version first to test it before I spend money on the PRO version, but so far I haven’t had any luck with it.

    BTW I am using Dymo software 8.6

    Can you help?

    Any help on this? I bought the pro version, and still no fix to my problem. I sent an email to support and haven’t heard anything for several days.

    Hello @hin1219,

    The www.remarpro.com forums are not activaly monitored.
    Free and PRO are two different plugins, so the problem you experience with PRO is probably not the same as in FREE.

    As we’re not allowed to give PRO support you’ve to email support.

    FREE:
    The FREE plugin uses paper-sizes: 36x89mm. It’s not possible to use FREE with other labelsizes.

    PRO:
    I see you’ve contacted support, however we did not receive any support request from you. I’ve checked our ticket system, but there is no ticket related to WooCommerce DYMO Print which is not answered yet.
