Printing error in Chrome and Internet Explorer

to better help troubleshoot, please prevent the print window from closing when the print dialogue box closes. This is a setting in the plugin’s option page.

On second glance, it might be that you are not giving enough time for the image to load before the print is triggered. You can provide more pause before print time in the plugin’s option page under: Pause Before Print. Set it to pause for 500 (milliseconds) and see if that helps.

I did input 500 on Pause Before Print option but nothing changed.

It still can’t bring any coupon image on printing popup window in Chrome browser.
The pop up printing window is disappeared just after it displayed in Internet Explorer browser.

Do you have any other idea to fix this issue?

This web site just launched two days ago and some body will complain this issue soon. Probably it could be by Chrome browser users.

please check again (and clear your browser cache) as we are able to print the coupon without any issue in chrome, firefox and safari

Yes, you are right! It works after cleaning the browser cache in Google Chrome! Thank you so much!
However, it still has same issue in Internet explorer.

Which version of IE are you having an issue with?

I tested in Internet Explorer 11.

I updated to version 1.7.6b than the print icons were all disappeared in Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. The icons and printing function is O.K only in Firefox now.

Finally, I got the first complaint from a customer today.
He said ‘it was appears then disappears in a second’ when he tried to print the coupon. It seems Internet Explorer.

Please help me.

try increasing the pause time to a larger number. We’ll see if IE 11 is throwing any JS errors. You say the print icons disappeared when you upgraded? and you were certain the plugin was activated?

Please update to the latest version on GitHub (1.7.6c). Also, for troubleshooting, please prevent the print window from closing when the print dialogue box is closed. This is a setting in the print-o-matic plugin options page.

Thank you for your hard work for this issue.

I updated to 1.7.6c and the pop up window is not disappeared now however, there is no print dialog box or other thing to print it.

I hope people could print the coupons by ‘Print Picture’ option after clinking mouse right button. Frankly, I just would like to get out of this issue.
