Hi, I’m publishing phone case products from Printify but do not like that all phone models for a particular design come in as one product, with each model being a variation.

I want my customer journey to be the following:

    Step one: Pick phone model
    Step two: Pick case type
    Step three: Pick design

At each stage, the available options should diminish according to each decision.

For example, if you choose iPhone 11, there will only be 5 out of 8 case types available.

If you then choose snap cases, there should only be the option to choose designs for iPhone 11 snap cases and nothing else.

At the moment, it seems I can only achieve getting customers to first pick the case type, then design, then choose a phone model variation.

I could publish each phone case product individually, but at 102 options per design, this isn’t an option.

Probably not the best explanation so apologies but would be grateful for any and all help.

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

It sounds like your best bet would be to get in touch with a developer who can modify the Printify integration for you, as you have some pretty specific (and great sounding!) requirements. If you want to explore that route, I’d suggest reaching out to someone on this page:

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
