Printify Shipping does not show in Shipping settings

I cannot seem to get printify shipping to work. I have installed the printify for woocommerce, activated it, and products created in printify are publishing to my site correctly, but I cannot seem to get printify shipping to work. I navigate to Woocommerce, Settings, Shipping, but do not see Printify Shipping. I only see “Woocommerce Shipping”… I tried to deactivate printify for woocommerce and activate again, but still no luck.

What am I doing wrong???
