Printify Products – ‘Page Not Found’ Error

    I’m building a woocommerce store with Printify. This week, I realized that my product pages are no longer working. When clicking on a product, I get a ‘Page not found’ error – it also says ‘This page doesn’t seem to exist – It looks like the link pointing here is faulty. Maybe try searching?’

    I checked with Printify customer support and they aren’t seeing a problem on their end – we disconnected and re-connected the store. (Also, my ‘Shop’ page is now distorted and has Elementor code at the top). Thanks in advance for your help.

    It sounds like a permalink issue. As a first step, go to WordPress dashboard → Settings → Permalinks and click on the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page without making any changes.

    Refresh the shop page and click on one of the products whose link was faulty. If the issue persists after resetting permalinks, the following step will be doing a conflict test to identify a conflicting theme or plugin.

    Thank you for your response! I created a staging site for plugin conflict testing. It looks like the problem is Elementor – I deactivated the plugin and the Printify product pages worked BUT the formatting for my entire website is messed up.
