    Hello,

I’m unable to publish products from Printify. In the Printify Woocommerce docs it says to uncheck Legacy REST API but there is no option to do that, it says a new plugin will be available for it which I have but the plugin hasn’t been tested with the last 3 WordPress releases. Any idea how I can get this to work? Thanks.

    Hi @jlent14,

Can you go to your WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Legacy API and share a screenshot of what you see there currently, please? For instance, this is what I see on my site:

Since the Legacy REST API is not enabled, I don’t have anything else to do!

As I understand, you have the Legacy REST API plugin installed. You should remove it, as It is not required for Printify;?they need your site to NOT use the Legacy version.

Does disabling the plugin work for you?

    Please keep us posted!

    Thanks!

    Hey!

So what’s weird is the Legacy REST API is now unchecked. It was previously checked and grayed out, I’m not sure what happened but I just disabled the Legacy plugin and I’ll see if products sync over now from Printify.

The products are getting a publishing error when I try to publish them to the site from Printful. I’ll redo the steps and try again, if not reach out to them and see what they say.

Thank you for the update. I’m glad to see there’s been some progress, even though you’ve come across another hiccup, this sounds like a nice plan of action.

If you could also share the publishing error you’re receiving, we can help you review it to determine whether it’s an issue on our end or their end.

    Cheers!
