Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me with Printify/WooCommerce. When I publish products on Printify, they’re showing up as blank products in my WordPress shop. I thought all of the details were supposed to transfer fully? I already have the WooCommerce plugin, the Printify Shipping plugin, and updated the basic web settings based on Printify’s tutorial article.

Am I missing something? Thanks so much!

  • We too are having this same problem. Did you find a solution?

We disconnected our WooCommerce from Printify, then reconnected it and published products again. That resolved the issue.

Printify suggested clearing the WordPress cache: Disable any SSL, cache and security plugins and try publishing again. We didn’t need to, though. Hope this helps if you haven’t already resolved it.

increasing our (php_max_execution_time) did the trick

Darin (Printify)Mar 12, 2023, 19:11 GMT+2Hello there!Darin from Printify here.Apologies for getting back to you so late, we are experiencing an unusual amount of inquiries at the moment. Can you please try the troubleshooting steps listed below, and see if the publishing works correctly then? 1. Delete the affected item from the Woo store (if any) and republish.2. If step 1 is unsuccessful, try reducing the number of variants (to 1 or 2) and then republish. If it publishes, the issue is with timeout for the WordPress server (php_max_execution_time). It may be a problem with your low php_max_execution time (recommended being set to at least 180 sec) or it may be a problem stemming from conflicting plugins (unfortunately I cannot say as we are unable to see this). In any case, you could try increasing your max execution time then try republishing. You can refer to this: https://thimpress.com/knowledge-base/how-to-increase-maximum-execution-time-for-wordpress-site/ 3. If deleting and republishing didn’t help, delete again, and reconnect the store to Printify and republish the item. You may also do the following to rule out any possible plugin conflicts as well: -Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront.-Disable all non-Woo plugins. Once publishing is successful, you may then restore the plugins one by one and your theme. Hope this troubleshooting works. If none of the above helps please let me know, and we will investigate this with our tech team.Best regards,DarinMerchant Support Specialist | Printify
