Can anybody please help? I cannot get my products from Printify to publish to my woo-commerce store. I will go through doing my design and will get the damn message “can’t publish right now, please try again later”. I don’t know what happened but it just stopped working abruptly. I have tried everything – uninstalling, reinstalling, putting the max execution time up to 300, API boxes are checked, all the basic settings seem right.

With Printify, have been waiting to hear back from the tech team for weeks now. My whole business is getting so seriously messed up from this so I hope somebody can help. My Etsy connection works so I am pretty sure is something to do with the Rest API. I have also done the troubleshoot plugin thing. The only clue that might say what the problem is – is that when I uninstall and reinstall I get the new permission for Printify to Read/Write in that area. However, it no longer shows up in the webhooks anymore. That must be the problem – help, please!

    Thank you,
    Melanie

  • Hello.

I had this problem. I solved it by doing this: first, go to Woocommerce settings on WordPress, then select the ‘Advanced’ tab, and below select ‘Legacy API’. Make sure it is checked. After that, you have to disconnect your Printify shop from WordPress, just go to My Store, and there you’ll see a WooCommerce logo that says “Connected”. After is disconnected you just need to connect it again. After I did all that I was able to publish my products in my store.

    Hope this helps you.
