Hey there! I’ve been TRYING to link Printful to Woocommerce but kept getting an error message so I deleted Printful but woo won’t let me delete it. Like the option isn’t there and deactivate is greyed out. I need to change some settings and hope that deleting the plugin and reinstalling it will help…On the Printful side Here is the error message: “Could not open Woocommerce authorization page (HTTP error 404). Make sure https://snackablementalhealth.ca/wc-auth/v1/authorize is accessible.” I think it might me something to do with the emails not syncing. I’m working on this for a client but changed some email settings to my own.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hmm. It sounds like you need to temporarily deactivate the plugins, before you are able to delete the one you need, in order to continue troubleshooting at your site. This is a recent WordPress functionality.

With regard to the 404 error, feel free to reach out to the support channels at Printful and the site’s hosting provider, as they would be in a better position to assist you.

Moreover, the site’s hosting provider might be in a position to assist with restoring from a backup of the site, also.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.

Thank you! I got the site back up and running but it seems a step involved have Printful installed breaks the site, specifically Step 2: (Make sure that permalink settings are not set to Plain). I had tried setting it on posts. That didn’t work. I’m afraid to try another one. I’m also sending an email to Printful about this. Any suggestions in the meantime?

    Hey, @digitalintoronto!

We are glad to know you were able to restore the backup ??

Regarding the issue with Printiful, since it is a third-party integration, we are not able to assist you further with that, as we can only help with default features of the WooCommerce core plugin.

But I’m sure their support will be happy to help you as soon as possible ??

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help or if you have any questions.

    Have a wonderful day!

Do you know why the website would break when any other permalink but plain is chosen??

    Hey, @digitalintoronto!

When a WordPress website breaks or experiences issues when using any permalink structure other than the plain (default) option, it typically points to problems with the server configuration or .htaccess file.

You can reach out to your host if you need help with that ??

I hope this was clarifying. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help or if you have any questions.
