Printful plugin not capturing adress on woocommerce

    Hello

    I’ve noticed that when the order status is changed from Draft to Pending payment on an order, the plugin does not capture the payment and the order is sent to printful just with the country and state of the order, the state is always california for some reason even when the order is not done with that state in the adress.

    Is there a way to solve this? I don’t know for sure if this is on the printful plugin or on woocommerce itself but i suspect it’s the plugin because the notification email i get from woocommerce has the adress on them.

    Hey, thanks for your patience! I’ve heard back from the devs, and right now everything seems to be functioning properly. We would probably need to get some sort of order ID to follow through logs and see what exactly is happening. Therefore, please send a message to [email protected] and send them more info, so we can assist you better.
