Printer compatibility

    Hi,

    I have the plugin installed and set up my receipt template. But when an order is placed, nothing is printed. We are using our own 80mm receipt printers which is connected to our LAN network. Does this not work with your plugin or have I done something wrong here. There’s no where to configure printers with your plugin.

    Dear Norel,

    The Printer shall be connected to a computer , running Mozilla Thunderbird with plugins for automatically printing the emails that comes from woo Instant notifications. The Thunderbird autoprint feature is a third party feature which documentation is available on the internet.

    PRO/+ members get access to detailed instructions for setting up the system as described above. Alternately we have a printer that does not need a connection to a computer see link below
