    Hi directdesign,

Thank you for reaching out to the support forum.

The blank paper print out could be related to your printer model and the template you have selected.

If you have a standard inkjet or laser printer, you will need to select the templates with – A4 or – Letter. Those template are configured for the correct specifications. If you have a thermal printer “receipt” printer, you will need to select the templates with – Thermal. Those templates are configured with the standard 80mm width size. In a future release, currently in beta testing, we will allow admins to custom define the size of the Thermal printer paper. Depending on your Thermal printer model, the standard size may not print properly.

After you confirm the correct template is selected for your printer, if you still encounter issues. We can provide additional support, please create a support request at https://www.bizswoop.com/support/.

When you submit a request, please include a screenshot of your Locations tab for the Plugin. And trigger 3 orders for printing. After those orders are printed (even in the print out is blank), please go to the Logs tab. Download the log file, save as txt.

On our support page, please list the printer model, attach the screenshot of the location tab and log for our Support team to review.

    Thank you.

Updating for future users that find this post.

An upcoming release supporting a custom printer width will be supported. This should help support more Thermal Printer models or non standard 80mm paper size. The release is in beta testing. Please reach out to our support request https://www.bizswoop.com/support/, if you would like to test the solution in the beta build.

Hello, I’m having the same issue.

I performed over 20 test with differents custom width and all of them was the same: blank paper
