Printable invoices are not the same as emailed ones?

    Hi,

    I’ve spent the last couple of days learning and editing the template for my invoices, everything was going well and after lots of trial and error I finally managed to make it look nice and have all the necessary fields (price with vat, price without vat, vat percentage, total price with vat).

    Today I tried to test complete order and it sent me the unusable pdf with product name, price, quantity and total. No VAT info, no nothing…

    Is there any way to send people the same printable invoice instead of the emailed PDF or how can I add all the fields there?

    First of all, sorry for the delayed response to this.

    Thank you for your patience regarding my response.

    Could you please clarify whether you’re using the Default or Simple template of our plugin? Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could share details about the customizations you’ve made for adding fields to the invoice. This information will allow us to review the custom code on your site and replicate the issue on our end.

    If possible, could you also provide screenshots of both the invoice as displayed in the order and the PDF attached to the invoice? This will assist us in providing more targeted support.
