I have a multisite and have wc-services activated across the network. Jetpack is activated… On my site i have connected jetpack, set my shipping preferences and in the tab.. WooCommerce/Settings/Shipping…. the Packages tab and the Print Labels Tab show.. I can connect my wordpress.com account and access MY credit card to purchase labels if needed…
But on my clients sites.. when they connect their wordpress.com account in jetpack, and then go to WooCommerece/Settings/Shipping … the Packages and Print Labels options aren’t there.. I read somewhere that disabling and enabling the plugin across the network sometimes corrects that.. all it (doing it to both jetpack and woocommerece services) was force a reconnect of my clients site to wordpress.com accounts.. and the Package and Print Labels still arent there.. I have tried it with two separate clients on 3 separate domains and WP.com login accounts..
The issue arose because at first I added my wp.com account to all jetpacks across each site… and then when adding my credit card info to print labels on my site.. then when i went to set up a clients site the option to USE my credit card was available to her as well.. at that point, yes the print labels tab was available to all sites, because it was connected to one wp.com account on all sites..
    Questions..
Is there a work around for this issue and how… on a multisite.. is it possible for multiple jetpack accounts to be connected each to their own wp.com account and to allow wc-services to independetly work for each site/subdomain….so that a client can add a credit card to print labels on each of their own domains.. separate from each other of the clients.. ?

    Hi @farmgirloysters,

This doesn’t look like it’s possible. Jetpack allows to connect multisite sites separately, but unless the subsite admin is allowed to install and activate plugins (And there’s no way to allow that without granting super admin to them) then you won’t be able to enable WooCommerce service, please also note that whatever user is going to utilize WCS needs to have manage_woocommerce capability.

    Cheers!
